What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice with net-30 terms.

Do background checks cost extra?

Background checks are included in the Pro plan at no additional platform fee. You pay only the provider cost (Checkr or Sterling) per check.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

We'll notify you when you're approaching a limit and suggest an upgrade. We never cut off access to your existing data.
